Eyetechs’ Train the Trainer meeting has returned, new and improved!
During this two day seminar there will be open discussions regarding staffing shortages and hiring the “right” person. The agenda includes the characteristics necessary in a trainer, the importance of consistency, and review of the 6 week training program developed by Eyetechs Founder, Jane Shuman.  Unique to this program is a clinical session  that includes hands on sessions of clinical skills, including tonometry and refraction.
